Here at TeeT Shirts, we know that shopping online for the first time can be a daunting experience. You may have concerns over safety & security, as well as the quality of the goods you are ordering. Well, have no fear - we are totally committed to ensuring you recieve the absolute highest possible standard of service and products from us at all times - after all, we value you highly as a customer and we want you to return. Our staff have many years combined online retail experience, so you can rest assured you're dealing with professionals who understand the importance of consistently exceeding our customers' expectations. We know that if we start getting lazy, we're out of business, and we're back to our old jobs, flipping burgers for a living.... no thanks!
We promise to always:
- Process & deliver orders promptly (all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours - in the unlikely event that it's going to take any longer, we will endeavour to contact the customer to keep them informed of any delay).
- Answer any customer queries and emails within 1 hour of receiving them (during business hours)
- To provide a safe Safe & Secure payment system - We process all our orders through Paypal, which means you never have to send us your credit card details.
- To deliver only the highest quality finished products - every T-shirt we make is thoroughly inspected before being sent out, to ensure it meets our strict quality guidelines. We also reguarly source the highest quality materials and equipment available for the job of producing top-notch t-shirts that stand the test of time!

Please ensure that you order the correct size. If you have any queries regarding the exact dimension of a particular item, please call us on 01384 639392 - our team are happy to advise you. Teet Shirts cannot be held responsible if you order the incorrect size.
2. Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of discovering a fault with one of our items, please return the item in its original unworn condition to the address above for an exchange or full refund (please specify which you would prefer).

We post all our orders by 1st class royal mail post within 24 hours of cleared payment unless otherwise notified.
