Our unisex t shirts are made from 100% cotton 205 gsm (weight) pre-shrunk premium grade gildan t shirts

Ladies Fitted t shirt - colour & size information

These are our ladies fitted round neck t shirts & are made from 100% ringspun cotton weighing 150gsm. For larger sizes please use the unisex t shirt.

 Kids T Shirts - Colour & Size Information

We use gildan heavyweight t shirts for all our childrens t shirts.
100% cotton & 175gsm.

 Hoodie - Colour & size information

We use gildan heavy blend hoodies for all our printables.

T Shirt Printing Methods
We use a vinyl printing method for all the t shirts/hoodies available on our website, with the exception of our unisex Black Country Alphabet T Shirts which we have screen printed.
Vinyl print has a very light plastic feel to it & you will see it used extensively on Nike, Addidas, Superdry & virtually all the major brands in the printed garment industry.
The high quality of the vinyl allows us to produce commercially high quality prints in very low quantites. This means your t shirt/hoodie/ bag is printed specifically for you, one at a time.
We do have other printing methods that we use such as screen printing & embroidery, while the quality on both these methods is as durable as the vinyl, we only use them on bulk orders for our custom t shirt printing that you can find out about here.

Washing Instructions
For all TeeT Shirts & hoodies wether custom made or bespoke follow the same washing instructions:
    *Wash upto 40oC
    *Do Not Use Chlorine or Bleach
    *Iron inside out over print area
    *Do not tumble dry
If you are still unsure, refer to the guide in your items product label.

If you have ordered an item from us & have waited more than 1 week in the UK or 2 weeks for international customers & have not had any corresepondance from us regarding your order.

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, customers are allowed to return bespoke t shirts (see here for custom t shirts) for an exchange of size & colour or for a full refund FREE of  Charge upto 1 month after purchase date.
 

Non Faulty items - How to return
Received the item you ordered & it doesn't fit or the colour is quite what you thought it would be & would like to exchange?
No problem. Simply return your item along with a message of what you would like to exchange it for (or if for refund) & (if needed) a pre paid packet for us to send your replacement in, Then we will get your replacement sent out the same day as receiving your returned item.
Please note, this must be done within 1 month of ordering your item.

Faulty items - How to return
In the very rare event that we have made a mistake:
Return your item in it's original unworn condition to us along with a note of the reason for your return & we will send your corrected order along with a refund for your postage the very same day .

 How To Order Custom Printed T Shirts FAQ's

Ordering any of our custom printed t shirts follows a very simple process. See the screen shot below of a sample order & then the notes below on how it works.
 

1. Pick your product type, whether you want t shirts , polo shirts, hoodies etc. NOTE changing the product type may change the cost - This will be shown on screen.
    
2. Select the colour of your items from the drop down list. Don't worry if you wish to have multiple colours (ie, a seperate colour for the hen/stag), when the other boxes have been filled in you simply add them to the basket & start again for your next colour.
    
3. Tell us the customised text you would like for the front.
    
4. List down the prints you would like on the back of each t shirt, you can fill in as many as you like here. Whether it's a name, a slogan or whatever will be fine.
   Followed by the size for that particular print. NOTE it helps us if ordering the ladies fitted t shirt for you distinguish this by writing fitted next to it or by putting the dress size. Otherwise we mmay need to call you to confirm this.
    
5. Do you have any special requirements or something you want to make clear about your order? Put it here.
   Example may be that you want a specific print colour, etc.
    
6. Please put in the date that you need to receive your items by here. This helps us work to your lead times. Generally we will deliver them to you the day before your specified date or sooner if you have a longer lead time.
   NOTE:  IF YOUR CUSTOM ORDER IS OVER 5 ITEMS & NEEDS TO BE MADE &  DELIVERED INSIDE OF 1 WEEK, WE WILL CALL YOU TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £7 CHARGE TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.
