"Even though the service was brilliant and I received my mug within a few days I was unhappy at the quality of the item. I gave it to my husband for a Christmas present and after using it twice for tea we have had to throw it away as it cracked right round the bottom of the mug and was leaking. Of course this is dangerous so it had to go."
