"Brought Black Country gifts before from this store and always found them to be excellent. We have now moved from the good old Black Country to the other side of the pond though. This time when I tried to order some Christmas gifts I had a bit of a problem with the payment processing as we are in the U.S.A. Customer service were amazing and sorted it all out for us, they also posted our gifts to relatives over there, saving us time and money! Could not ask for more. P.S. Love love the Black Country quiz I got via e mail, needless to say I got 10/10 and printed my certificate out :) Will definitely be back again."
